1. Customer must call the Customer Service Department at 954-946-2570 within 30 days of the date of purchase to obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number.
2. An RMA number is mandatory to return product.
3. NLPI does not offer a refund for any product purchased from retail locations. Please see below disclaimer regarding retail locations.
4. For multi-bottle packages, refunds are calculated as follows:
   

   Original dollar cost of package________ Original number of bottles in the package

   X Number of unopened bottles returned

   = Refund amount

   (Example: 6-bottle ChitoGenics package purchased at $149.95 with five unopened bottles returned results in a refund of $124.95.)

Retail Purchases
