  • Adults 12 years and over: Take two (2) teaspoons (10ml) before bedtime, or as directed by a Doctor or Health Care Professional. Do not take more than 4 teaspoons in 24 hours.
  • Keep out of reach of, and do not use Force Sleep for children under 12 years of age.
