1. Customer must call the Customer Service Department at 1-877-500-3438 within 30 days of the date of purchase to obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number.
2. An RMA number is mandatory to return product and needs to be clearly written on the outside of   all packages sent back to us. Packages that do not have an RMA number will not be accepted at our warehouse.
3. New Life Products, LLC does not offer a refund for any product purchased from retail locations. Please see each stores return policy.
4. For multi-bottle packages, refunds are calculated as follows:

Original price less shipping    -    (# of unopened bottles returned    X    85%)    =    Refund amount

(Example 1: 6-bottle package purchased at $149.85 with five unopened bottles returned results in a refund of $106.15.)
