How do I place an order online?
When you have decided which products you would like to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to that option to add it to your shopping cart. Each time you select a product you are taken to the Shopping Cart where you can update quantities. If you would like to continue shopping click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page. Once you are done shopping choose your zip code and shipping option and click "Check Out" On the checkout page you will be asked for your billing, shipping and credit card information, number and expiration date. Once you have filled out the appropriate information click the "Submit this Order " button to place your order.

Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, you can adjust your order at any time before you click the "Submit this Order" button. If you are on the payment page you can click "Return to Cart" to adjust anything you want. Once you hit "Submit this Order", it is not possible to change your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders will be delivered via the the United States Postal Service (USPS). There are options for expedited delivery.

What if my product was damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order. Please contact our customer service representatives at customerservice@chitogenics.net if the product is damaged during shipment.

What if my order was never received?
All shipments have a tracking number or Delivery Confirmation Number provided by the USPS, please contact your local post office first with this tracking information. The post office will assist you in locating this order. If you have need further assistance please contact customerservice@chitogenics.net and we will be more than happy to assist you with the problem.

Refund processing?
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 2-3 days for us to process your refund once your product is received. After we process your refund it usually takes another 2-3 days to show up on your credit card statement.

How do I cancel my order?
Contact us at: customerservice@chitogenics.net. Unfortunately, we can not stop a package once an order has been placed, however we can stop future shipments.

How often should I take ChitoGold?
You should take ChitoGold before every meal for maximum benefit. It's best to take 2 capsules with 8 oz. of water just prior to each meal. We recommend using one pill before each meal for your first week for your body to get used to it but we have not heard of any ill effects starting with two pills before each meal from day one.

Will ChitoGold work even if I don't change my diet or exercise habits?

Please mark your RMA number on the outside of the return package and send it to the address below. The warehouse will not accept packages without a valid RMA number.
